Tip 10: Being comfortable with silence
The top interview tip is that you are comfortable with silence.
When you get asked a question, it is ok to stop and think for a moment.
You can also reframe the questions and ask if that is what they meant. Once you have provided your answer, stop talking. Just wait for the next question, or ask them if that’s what they were looking for. Or you say that you are having trouble interpreting the silence and ask if they want to hear anything else.
